Air Montenegro opens its doors to a new generation of graduates, offering an opportunity to gain their first professional experience in aviation.
The national airline Air Montenegro is participating in Montenegro’s 2026/2027 Professional Training Programme for university graduates, which offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and experience, develop their professional skills and explore different areas of the airline’s operations.
The programme offers eight positions across several departments, welcoming candidates with a range of educational backgrounds. It provides young people with an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained during their studies, become familiar with the working environment of the national airline and take the first steps in their professional careers.
