One more line: Air Montenegro will fly from Podgorica to Istanbul from June 18
Podgorica - The national airline will get another airline to Istanbul from June 18.
After almost a year since the first flight to Istanbul from Tivat, Air Montenegro planes will also fly to that destination from Podgorica twice a week throughout the summer.
With this line, the national airline met great interest from both Montenegro and Turkey, whose passengers mostly travel for touristic and business reasons.
"We are glad that, on the eve of the company's first anniversary, and on Air Montenegro's first flight to Istanbul, we are adding another line and now connecting the capital of Montenegro with one of the largest tourist and business centers in Europe. Considering the increased demand, on the new line "Podgorica-Istanbul" will fly a larger-capacity plane, i.e. with 180 seats. Now two lines to Istanbul, one of the most important aviation hubs, will, without a doubt, have a great contribution to the arrival of a larger number of tourists to Montenegro", said the acting executive the director of Air Montenegro, Dragana Frantov Nikolić.
Tickets for the new line to Istanbul are already on sale and can be booked on the Air Montenegro website, as well as through other sales channels.
