Air Montenegro participated in the DRV fvw Destination Forum
Today, Air Montenegro participated in a panel discussion, business workshop, and B2B meetings, held as part of the DRV fvw Destination Forum. The event was organized in Podgorica and represented the culmination of a study trip by DRV - the German association of tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, and local media. The stay of the renowned expert group, consisting of about 60 DRV members, was organized by NTO in cooperation with partners, while Air Montenegro was the official carrier of the Forum participants.
The Forum was opened by the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Mr. Milojko Spajić. The panel on air connectivity included the Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs, Mr. Filip Radulović, Acting Director of Airports of Montenegro, Mr. Vladan Drašković, and Dr. Aleksandra Gardašević Slavuljica, a member of the Board of Directors of Air Montenegro.
The Minister emphasized: "Air connectivity is a key factor for improving tourism and economic cooperation between the two countries. Direct flights enable faster and more efficient exchange of people and goods, further strengthening friendly relations and opening new business opportunities".
Dr. Aleksandra Gardašević-Slavuljica highlighted the importance of the German market and the company's intention to expand its network of destinations to this country: "The Western European and German markets are our focus. I believe this Forum will further connect our destinations and result in finding win-win solutions for all stakeholders".
Forum participants expressed undisguised enthusiasm for the beauty of our country and highlighted their intention to include Montenegro in their offerings in the upcoming period.
