Air Montenegro, a new partner in the EYCA program
All EYCA card users can expect a discount on airline tickets
Podgorica - Montenegrin national airline Air Montenegro has established cooperation with the European Youth Card (EYCA) project team, which will influence the improvement of youth standards people in Montenegro.
This cooperation will enable all users of the EYCA card in Montenegro and Europe to obtain a discount in the amount of 10% on the purchase of tickets on all Air Montenegro flights, which is applied to the available tariff. In this way, joint forces create opportunities and possibilities for improving the mobility of young people, as well as the promotion of Montenegro as a tourist destination.
On behalf of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Minister Vasilije Laloševć also addressed the public: One of the main goals of the "European Youth Card" program is to encourage youth mobility both at the regional and European level. Therefore, I am pleased that the socially responsible company Air Montenegro has joined our EYCA team, which will provide young people with new opportunities to expand their personal horizons, thus stimulating their creativity and interaction in a multicultural society. I believe mobility should become the norm and not the exception to improve the life prospects of every young individual in Montenegro".
The Air Montenegro company says that they are pleased that, through cooperation with the EYCA team, they are encouraging young people to travel even more and discover new destinations with the benefits provided by the EYCA card.
"Air Montenegro, as the Montenegrin national airline, works with special attention to implement activities that would contribute to improving the position of young people, especially those who often travel abroad for studies or additional training, and we are glad that our company is recognized as a partner in the program of which the young generation really benefits from", said the acting CEO of Air Montenegro, Dragana Frantov Nikolić.
On behalf of the project implementers, the director of the NGO Center for Youth Education, Jugoslav Radović, shared his impressions: "We are very proud of the fact that within this socially responsible program we have the national airline Air Montenegro as partners. I believe that together we can create a better living environment for young people and that through such initiatives we take care of their interests in the long term. The EYCA community in Montenegro numbers more than 25,000 young people and our task is to provide them with even more advantages in the future".
In order for young people to receive a discount, it is necessary that they have an EYCA card (physical or digital), that it is valid both at the time of the application for the benefit and on the date/s of the trip, and that they fill out a simple user form for purchasing a ticket via the company's website. The discount is calculated on the tariff, which is an integral part of the ticket price, without associated taxes.
The Air Montenegro company says that they are open to such and similar initiatives that will contribute to an even better social life of young people in Montenegro.
