Air Montenegro team at the presentation of the test flight of the E195-E2 aircraft
Representatives of the Air Montenegro company, at the invitation of the Brazilian company Embraer, attended the test flight of the new E195-E2 aircraft in Zagreb.
It is a model of the second generation of Embraer's regional passenger planes, the so-called. E-jet series. It is known in the industry by the nickname "The Profit Hunter", because compared to the first series, it offers excellent operating economy with 25.4 percent lower fuel consumption, as well as 11 percent lower operating costs compared to the competing model of the Airbus A220-300 aircraft. With a seating capacity of up to 146 passengers in one class, or 120 in two classes, the E195-E2 is ideal for medium-haul routes.
This was also an opportunity for the members of the Air Montenegro team to meet and exchange experiences with the team of the Embraer aircraft manufacturer, the Pratt & Whitney engine manufacturer, as well as colleagues from the industry, among whom were representatives of Croatia Airlines, Trade Air, ETF Airways, Helvetic Airways.
